Owner / Master’s degree in International Economic Relationship
She obtained her Master’s degree in International Economic Relationship from the Lviv Academy of Commerce in Ukraine in 2004. She then moved to Hamburg, where she attended Hamburg Universität to receive European recognition of her degree obtained in Ukraine.
This experience allowed her to learn German fluently, both written and spoken, and to engage with a more international environment and culture.
During her studies in Hamburg, she invested her free time in improving her English, taking advanced courses at Eurocentres in London.
In 2007, she moved to Lugano and attended the ILI School of Italian Language and Culture for a general introduction, and later deepened and solidified her language skills through private lessons at the Benedict International Language School.
In 2008, she began her career with an internship at Julius Baer Bank in Lugano, where she appreciated interacting with people, sparking a greater passion for a more commercial sector. For this reason, after the internship, she decided to work for a major real estate franchise brand based in Lugano. This particular experience provided her with thorough training focused on the rules and dynamics of the real estate market.
At the end of 2009, confident in her accumulated knowledge and driven by passion and ambition, she decided to launch NewDreams Real Estate with the intent of creating a true “Real Estate Boutique” capable of deeply understanding the needs and dreams of clients and meeting them with expertise, care, and utmost discretion.
Specialist in Advertising and Propaganda
She graduated in Advertising and Propaganda in 1984 from the “Uniube” University in Brazil, with a specialization focused on the development of new products and services. She later worked in São Paulo for MPM Propaganda, the largest advertising company in Brazil, gaining experience across various departments.
She then moved to Milan, where from 1990 to 1993, she was responsible for communications and public relations for the “Garessio 2000” tourist complex (CN, Italy) on behalf of Ferrovie Torino Nord Spa, a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange in Milan at the time.
From 1994 to 2007, she was a partner and manager in a property management company within the RR Empreendimentos S.A. Group in Brazil.
In 2008, she began her professional experience in the Swiss real estate market, working for a major franchise brand where she remained until February 2013, attending specialization courses for greater training in the field and a deeper understanding of the market.
Firmly believing in the importance and responsibility of her work, she is constantly committed to updating and enhancing her skills, with a clear and objective ability to interpret clients’ wishes and needs. In this regard, from September 2013 to October 2014, she attended a Real Estate Marketing course offered by Svit Ticino. Here, together with leading specialists, she deepened her knowledge in various aspects of the real estate sector: labor law, construction techniques, property appraisal, real estate trading, and tax and legal evaluations.
Since April 2013, she has been working at NewDreams Real Estate, aiming to provide clients with excellence in real estate consulting and brokerage services. The intention is to offer exclusive services through a unique approach: a “real estate boutique” developed with the NewDreams Real Estate Team to create and cultivate a differentiated business. This result is made possible by teamwork founded on cohesion, harmony, and integration within the Ticino community. Our goal is to make these sensitive transactions as secure, profitable, and convenient as possible for all contracting parties.
